Stage Volunteer Application available for 2017

posted Nov 2, 2016, 5:27 PM by Radio Baker2Vegas   [ updated Nov 2, 2016, 5:29 PM ]

The 2017 Amateur Radio Communications Volunteer Application form is now up to date on this website.  Just copy the form, fill it out and either email it or mail it directly to Margie Hoffman KG6TBR.  The information is on the form and can be found under tab "Forms, Maps and Other Important Documents" page.
Remember, even if you are not a licensed ham, there are other job opportunities available.  If you worked in the past, please contact your Stage Leader and let him or her know that you are willing and ready to sign up again this year and ask what you can do to help.  There are a limited amount of positions required at each stage, so please sign up early as we will not need more than 12 volunteers at any stage this year.
Keep checking on these pages for any updates.  Also, all forms and maps are available on this site and most of them have not changed even though you may see the 2016 date listed on the form.  I will try to change all the names so there is no confusion, but know that I am checking for correctness on all documents.  The stage hours for 2017 will be the same as in 2016.
If you have any questions, please email me or one of the other Communications Team members listed on the home page to your left.  Thanks again and I hope to hear from you soon!
