2020 B2V Race Postponed

Hello to all,
I have notified you previously that they are hoping to run the race the weekend of October 2-4, 2020.  Please take a look at your calendars and see how that date works for you. We need information on the number of volunteers who will be able to fit the race into their fall schedules.  In the information that I received it was stated that no matter what happens in 2020 the 2021 race will go on as scheduled for the spring of 2021. Of course the October date also depends on the progression of the Corona Virus pandemic and how we are hopefully recovering from it and lives are returning to more normal status.
Please let your stage volunteers know about the October dates and let me know if you have questions. I too, will notify you as I get any further information from the race organizers. Most importantly of all, please stay safe and my prayers are with everyone and their families.

If you are new let us know if you will be joining another volunteer who may have referred you this year or we will assign you where needed. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to call.  Thanks for your assistance.

New Stage Hours Chart

Please take notice of the new chart as the stage open/close times have changed.  Some have changes as much as 90 minutes due to the increase in the number of running teams this year.  
Be sure and be prepared at your stage.

NO DRONES

Per race officials, absolutely no drones will be allowed anywhere on the race course or anywhere in the vicinity of the race throughout the entire time that the race is either testing or active.  This includes Friday, March 16 through Sunday, March 18.

Hello Team Captains

This past December the race lost a long time volunteer.  Ray Best was our RV Support Coordinator for over 20 years.  He loved this event and convinced so many others to volunteer their time to make the race run as smoothly as possible.  In his memory his family has decided the following:

To have a Bench built and located on the grounds of Baker School.  A Go Fund Me page has been developed for that purpose.
