This just in from LAPRAAC B2V Race Officials:

LAPRAAC hopes that this message finds all of you safe and healthy. With tough times comes tough decisions. The LAPRAAC Board of Directors regrets to announce the CANCELLATION of The 2020 Baker to Vegas Challenge Cup Relay.

The LAPRAAC Board of Directors makes this decision with everyone’s health and well-being as the primary focus. All of us understand the significance The Baker to Vegas Challenge Cup Relay has on our law enforcement community. After consulting with our medical team and seeing the toll this global pandemic has taken on the medical community, our medical team cannot commit to supporting our race in the fall.

The 2021 Baker to Vegas Challenge Cup Relay WILL GO ON AS SCHEDULED. Open your calendars and mark the dates of MARCH 27 & 28. The race will be held at the Rio All-Suites Hotel and Casino.

Race teams Info Only:
All teams will receive a refund for their 2020 entry fees, please contact Tony Adler to begin your refund process. If you have already received your t-shirts, you will receive your entry fee minus $350 for the t-shirts. If you have not picked up your t-shirts, you will receive your entire entry fee. If there are any questions or concerns, the entire LAPRAACA Board of Directors and our General Manager, Ruben Crane, are readily available to answer them.

LAPRAAC hopes all of you stay healthy and safe as you continue to serve your communities during this pandemic. We look forward to seeing all of you in Vegas at the Rio All-Suites and Hotel on March 27 & 28, 2021.
